PERSONNALISATION
La personnalisation s’applique difficilement au projet, par le type architectural proposé. De plus, le projet s'adressant principalement aux employés du centre d'affaire milanais, on imagine mal une variété d'appropriation. On retrouve d'ailleurs très peu d’endroits permettant aux usagers de participer à la personnalisation.
